Staying Busy and Finishes

I am so thankful that I have a hobby I love, a large stash of fabric and numerous incomplete projects that I can work on.  I feel for those who are home with young ones they need to keep busy, educated and safe and especially for those we need to not stay home so that others can stay safe and healthy.  They are in my prayers.

Recently I was recruited to sew some masks for a local retirement home. They provided the kits and pattern which was different than any I had seen online. This one had 5 layers and required some quilting to keep layers from shifting. Then it took some time to fold and sew pleats and add binding and elastic. Here is 1 of 20 that I made. Not fun sewing but hopefully useful.

I also spent many hours quilting.  The quilt I call 4 Patch Chain is finished. I finally sewed the binding on 2 more that I showed after quilting but now they are ready to be shared.
3 comfort quilts quilted and bound -

I worked on a couple of other quilt projects. I added the final border on this wonky stars so it is a finished top and will be added to the stack waiting to be quilted.

Please stay safe and healthy while doing something you enjoy.
