The Split 9 Patch quilt is finished and passed on to another for the binding.
Some
of the fabric came from the stash of a church quilt group member, a
little from my stash and the rest from church quilt group stash. Six
members of our group pieced blocks which I pieced into the top and
did the machine quilting which is overall FM swirls. Another member is sewing the binding on.
It was a fast quilt finish for a wedding shower this coming Sunday.
This was the third quilt our group has made using this pattern. It is easy to prepare kits from 5" squares and 4 1/2" squares for a 12" finished block.
I'm linking up with Alycia's Finished or Not Friday.
Have a great week and enjoy some time for quilting.
