Then I supervised my granddaughters' play with a new PVC construction kit and their green castle.
Fun all around.
A few days ago I cut back an old pink very large azalea plant and potted 12 pieces that had rooted. I hope to have several new plants to give away in the fall.
This is a great month for all things Green. Linking up with Rainbow Scrap Challenge.
Love all the greens you found for this month! The girls are precious.
ReplyDeletePretty green blocks! I am always partial to stars. Looks like you've been having fun in the garden, too!
ReplyDeleteGreat green blocks! And the grands are having fun (who wouldn't?) with their PVC castle!
ReplyDeleteNice collection of green blocks. Wish I was a kid again with such a castle. And I never thought of starting azaleas from cuttings...great idea. Mine is peach colored and getting awfully scraggly even though the deer seem to eat a lot of the branches.
ReplyDelete"This is a great month for all things Green." I couldn't agree more with your closing statement. Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteI love your green blocks!! Looks like the girls had fun playing!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea azaleas, root so easily. Wish they grew here, but the soil is not acid enough. Your scrap pieces are turning into some very nice blocks. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteGreat green blocks. Good luck with all your new azaleas.
ReplyDeleteLove the green blocks. You sure are doing your part in greening the world.
